Position: Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Director
Hours: Flexible, 2-3 days per week, between 8 am - 5 pm weekdays
Salary: $25-35 per hour

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our operations and personal assistance to the director. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining files.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the director’s calendar.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and quoting using Xero.
  • Manage and ship website orders from our Shopify and Woocommerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Manage office supplies and handle other office management tasks.
  • Support the director with personal errands and tasks as needed.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Xero, and basic bookkeeping software.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
