Our Troop Carrier Interior Panels are CNC machined from 6mm or 9mm plywood
A great way to update the look of your wall panels / side panels in your Troopy, or simply replace some worn out factory panels.
Our panels are one piece per side, replacing the stock two pieces.
You can also order the rear door cards separately, or add our new Troopy Rear Door Storage Tables.

We remove the factory plastic vents and there are some breather holes cut into the panels.
We also remove the factory jack access, as a fitout usually blocks or restricts access to this jack location. So you will need to find an alternative location for your jack (usually in a storage drawer or hatch).
FIXING OPTIONS
1. Self Drilling Screws - Panels will come undrilled, so you can choose where you put screws to fix them to the car. We supply some small self drilling screws.
2. Rivnut (preferred) - Panels will come with holes in the factory plug locations. You will need to install rivnuts into the factory plug holes and then use bolts to secure the panels. We supply rivnuts and black button head bolts, but you will need to supply a rivnut gun (or have us install them for you). To install the rivnuts you will need to drill the factory holes out to 9mm diameter, use some rust prevention paint on the holes, and then install the M6 rivnut.
You will need to cut holes for the washer bottle if you wish.
