Flat mount your Starlink on your van use your Starlink Router.
In a van, you will need to use an inverter to supply power to the router.
If you prefer to power your Starlink from 12V, use this 12V Kit instead.
When you flat mount a dishy you will get slightly lower top end speeds, but your obstructions will be a lot less of an issue.
We typically see speeds in the 30-80mbs which is around 20% lower than with a full dishy with motors in the same area. However, in areas that obstructions prevent Starlink functioning we see a lot less drop outs!
The Rugged flat mount is made from High Density Polyethylene ( HDPE ).
The HDPE case will protect your dishy from hail, birds and rocks ( if vehicle mounted )
This Rugged is a waterproof flat mount for your Starlink terminal and is ready to catch and throw internet signals to the Starlink Satellites constellation with your Dishy inside.
Like all our cases, cable entry can be placed on either side or the bottom. See diagram attached to select your cable position when you place your order.
We recommend position D, however it will depend your intended mounting position and where a gland can come through your roof.
